Karen has held senior positions in public relations and communications with Paul Hastings LLP, Allen & Overy LLP, Simmons & Simmons LLP, Marriott International and Weber Shandwick International.

As Director, Karen has overseen the growth of the company from small beginnings to a full-service, alternative model, securing significant shortlistings and awards for UK and international clients.
